We ship worldwide. Orders ship individually for safety. Standard shipping is $5.99 CAD flat rate. Free shipping on orders over $59.99 CAD. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery: 2–3 weeks depending on your location.

Returns

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Are your products BPA-free?
Yes. Every product we make is BPA-free and CE certified.

Are the thermometers waterproof?
Yes. Our bath thermometers are fully sealed and waterproof up to bath depth. Do not submerge fully.

What battery does the thermometer use?
1x CR2032 coin battery, included in the box.

How accurate are the thermometers?
Accurate to within 0.5°C / 1°F.

Are your towels machine washable?
Yes. Wash cold, tumble dry low.
