Shipping & delivery
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders over $59.99 CAD. Orders under $59.99 CAD ship at a flat rate of $5.99 CAD.
Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–3 weeks of order placement. We'll send a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
If you need something sooner, please reach out before ordering and we'll do our best to help.
We ship internationally — Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and many more countries worldwide. If you don't see your country at checkout, email us at thewellsolution3@gmail.com and we'll help.
Each item ships individually for safety and to keep packaging gentle. You may receive multiple parcels for a single order — this is normal.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll send return instructions.
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you in full, no questions asked.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days. The funds will land in your account 1–3 business days after that, depending on your bank.
Products & care
Yes. All our thermometers are BPA-free, phthalate-free, and CE certified for use with newborns. They float so they're easy to read, and have rounded edges that are gentle to handle.
Our thermometers are accurate to ±0.5°C. We recommend a water temperature between 36–38°C (96–100°F) for newborn baths.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not submerge for cleaning, do not put in the dishwasher, and do not use harsh chemicals or bleach.
Our bath frog is sealed without internal water-trap chambers — meaning no water gets inside, so no mold can grow. This is the issue with most squeezable bath toys.
The Cloud Cloth Towel is made from soft cotton blend, free of dyes and harsh chemicals. It's gentle enough for newborn skin and machine-washable.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make changes or cancel. Once shipped, you'll need to wait for the order and return it.
